I OR MY CHILD HAS JUST HAD A CONCUSSION. WHAT SHOULD I DO UNTIL APPOINTMENT
I would advise complete rest for 2 days post concussion. I would then look to re integrate into school/university/work so that this doesn't provoke symptoms. After or at the same time, i would start some very light exercise that again doesn't bring on any symptoms
